Forgetech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the 'Company') is committed to protecting your personal information and complies with relevant laws, including the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Personal Information Protection Act, and related guidelines.

The Company will only collect, use, or provide personal information after notifying the user in advance and obtaining consent. If the user refuses consent, the service use may be restricted in whole or in part. This Policy is established and disclosed to protect the user's personal information and handle related grievances smoothly.

Collected Personal Information Items (For Demo Request)
The Company collects the following personal information for service application and use:

1. Required Items: First Name, Last Name, Work Email, Phone Number, Company Name, Country
2. Optional Items: Job Title, Company Size, Message
3. Automatically Collected Items: IP Address, Cookie, Service usage records, access time/date, etc.

Note: Users have the right to refuse the collection of required personal information, but refusal may restrict the use of services such as Demo Requests.

Purpose of Personal Information Processing
The Company processes personal information for the following purposes. Information will not be used for purposes other than those listed, and in case of a change, necessary measures, such as obtaining separate consent, will be implemented.

1. Demo Request Reception and Service Provision: Processing Demo Requests, providing service information, content delivery, and handling inquiries.
2. Handling Inquiries: Identity verification of the complainant, confirming the complaint, contacting/notifying for fact-finding, and communicating the processing result.

Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information
The Company retains and uses personal information during the period the user utilizes the services. Information may be retained for the periods specified below based on relevant laws:

• Customer Inquiries and Requests: 6 months after the demo request is processed and response is completed (All collected information).
• Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.: 5 years (Records on contract/withdrawal, payment, and supply of goods).
• Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc.: 6 months (Records on identity verification).

Personal Information Destruction
When personal information becomes unnecessary (e.g., expiration of retention period, achievement of processing purpose), the Company destroys the information without delay.

• Destruction Procedure: Information entered by the user is transferred to a separate database (or separate document box for paper) after the purpose is achieved, stored for a set period according to law and internal policy, and then destroyed.
• Destruction Method: Electronic files are destroyed using technical means that prevent reproduction. Paper documents are shredded or incinerated.

Forgetech Co., Ltd. AHEAD Website Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and the User concerning the use of the service and related services (the "Service") provided by Forgetech Co., Ltd. (the "Company"). These Terms shall apply when Users access the Website to request a demo or use information.

Article 2 (Definition)
"Website" refers to the virtual business premises operated by the Company for providing the Service, and includes the form page for inputting information such as Demo Requests.

"Service" refers to the provision of information on the website related to the Company's products, such as AHEAD.

"User" refers to the customer who accesses the Website and uses the Service provided by the Company.

Article 3 (Announcement of the Terms of Service and Revision)
The Company shall post the terms of service on the Company's website (http://forgetech.io) so that all Users may easily be informed of the terms of service.

The Company is allowed to revise the terms of service, but shall not violate any laws related to the terms of service such as the Regulation of Standardized Contracts Act.

In the event that the Company revises the terms of service, the Company shall announce the effective date and reason for the revision, together with the existing terms for comparison, for 14 straight days prior to the effective date. If the revised terms are found to be disadvantageous to the Users, the announcement shall be posted for 30 consecutive days. In addition, e-tools such as email/SMS shall be used to notify Users of the revision.

If a User does not express opposition to the revision, this shall be regarded as indicating the User's agreement with the revised terms, provided the Company has explicitly notified the User of this consequence.

Article 4 (Company's Obligation)
The Company shall not engage in any activity that is banned by these Terms and relevant laws. The Company shall strive to stably provide the service on a steady basis.

The Company shall implement a security system and comply with the privacy policy to help Users safely use the service.

Article 5 (User's Obligations)
Users shall not engage in any of the following activities.

• Registering false information.
• Stealing information from others.
• Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties.
• Damaging the reputation or obstructing the business of the Company or third parties.
• Other illegal or undue acts.

Article 6 (Change in Service)
The Company is allowed to change, stop, or terminate some or all of the service that has been sustained due to operational and technological needs or changes in corporate policy.

When the Company decides to stop the service or change the content, the Company shall post the details regarding the change on the Company’s website or other means available for the Users for 30 days before the decision is applied.

Article 7 (Restriction of Accountability)
The Company shall be exempt from accountability for the failure to provide the service due to natural disaster or other inevitable reasons.

The Company shall not be held accountable for a disruption of service that is due to a User's mistake.

The Company shall not be held responsible for the reliability and accuracy of information, data and facts posted by Users in relation to the service.

The Company, the management and the agencies shall not be held responsible for any loss caused by: loss caused by falsified or inaccurate User information, loss caused by disrupted access to the service, or loss caused by illegal acts committed by a third party (e.g., hacking, virus distribution) or by a User in the course of using the service.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
Any legal dispute between the Company and its Users shall be settled based on the laws of the Republic of Korea (ROK).

Any legal dispute between the Company and a User shall be decided by the court with civil jurisdiction in the ROK.
